This appointment begins the process of self-help to alleviate embarrassing episodes of leakage, expensive use of pads or diapers and helps regain a normal high quality of life.
Nutrition & Digestion Sessions: Guidance to help you assess your daily habits that may be affecting or influencing bowel emptying issues. These sessions encourage knowledge to help you learn to improve complaints such as constipation, inability to completely empty the bowels or excessive bowel movements. This session includes digestive education, nutrition and easy ways to modify your current food choices and purchases. Women lose weight, improve food choices, add fiber and nutrients which gain an overall healthier lifestyle.
Posture/Alignment Screenings and Corrective Movement Sessions: Woman LOVE this appointment due to our unique methods and personalization. Assessing alignment and posture in live visually recorded movement patterns enables our clients to learn what movement patterns can be improved utilizing corrective exercise, Pilates and yoga. Poor posture habits can encourage pain, discomfort and /or change to the pelvic floor muscle tone. Your PFT Trainer will teach you simple, easy to implement posture changes and exercises that elicit improvement in a short period of time. We believe it is important for all women to have a functional and postural screening to assess how their skeletal system is moving mechanically in space.
