This session includes digestive education, nutrition and easy ways to modify your current food choices and purchases. This session will help women lose weight and improve food choices to help alleviate bowel urgency, frequency, diarrhea, stool leakage, constipation, inability to fully empty the bowels, or lack of daily bowel movements. Our unique and simple tools and techniques make it easy for women to gain results.

- Posture/Alignment Screenings and Corrective Movement Sessions: Woman LOVE this appointment due to our unique methods and personalization. Assessing muscle balancing in live visually recorded movement patterns enables our clients to see their personal skeletal imperfections and muscle imbalances. These imbalances encourage pain or discomfort that may accompany the complaints of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Common imbalance complaints include hip, buttock, back, vaginal, or rectal pain or discomfort. Under-recognized imbalance complaints include painful intercourse, or discomfort when sitting, walking, exercising or performing other common activities.
